What Do You Need From Your Leaders?

Tomorrow I will be facilitating a conversation at Cultivate here in Chicago. The goal is to create a space where we can talk openly about developing artists and the struggles that exist between those who create and those who lead them.

This is where you come in… As part of the dialogue, I’d love to share your thoughts on what you find missing from your leaders as you create.

As artists/creatives/people who make things - What do you most need from your leaders that you don’t tend to get?
